Dear parents,

Thank you for choosing us for the tutoring for OC and Selective test and your trust means the world to us. Before you dive into the excitement of clicking that enrolment button, please allow me to have a quick chat about our policies:

1. About refund and credits

We can fully refund the fee 14 days prior to the commencement date of the registered courses. Within 14 days, we will refund 50% the full fee. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any credits for the non-attendant classes during the term if alternative classes are not available.

 

2. Alternative Classes

Life happens. In case our little kiddo cannot take the class, alternative class can be arranged if it is available. Each student can apply two alternative classes for one term.  We will try best to accommodate alternative class but cannot guarantee the alternative class can be always available.

 

3. Our Tutor Team

Every tutor is Most Value Person in our school. I am working with two tutors right now and I am happy to see younger and more brilliant mind to join us. They all contribute amazingly to our tutoring courses to be better. We can't promise you'll get a specific tutor, but we guarantee every tutor is awesome for the subject.

As tutoring school, I will work with the team to pursue the highest quality tutoring service to our children and prepare them not only for the test, but for independent thinkers for their future.
